We want to thank all of the amazing companies we are working with to make their workplace healthier and more efficient. We are currently working with 12 different companies on our wellness programs. What we do in these wellness programs is that we come in and do a quick well-ten talk and bring a complimentary healthy breakfast or lunch. What I mean by well-ten talks is that we come in and do a talk for 10 minutes on different health and wellness topics: stress, healthy to 100, sleep, and corporate athlete.
So if you know anyone or want a wellness program for yourself we would love to work with you. We send a doctor that helps educate the staff on things they can do naturally to live healthier. Lots of companies report an increase in morale and motivation at the office. We know your time is very important so that is why we keep these talks to under 10 minutes. Lots of companies use these talks during staff meetings or teach in service meetings. We are all about helping people get more information so they can make healthier decisions.
